A triple-height ‘street’ traversing the building enhances visibility and encourages cross-participation. With an £18m budget sourced from grants and donations, the Beacon of Light has become a thriving community asset, attracting around 4,500 visitors weekly. By 2020, this number is projected to rise to 6,000.
